The exquisite gastronomic specialties crafted by the masterly Chef, utilizing fresh and genuine ingredients, truly showcased the authentic flavors of traditional Italian cuisine. The pool area, a tranquil oasis for an aperitivo, and the terrace of the restaurant Donna Clelia, where I indulged in dinner and cake, offered a delightful ambiance for my dining experiences. The 'Paccheri' with lobster, cherry tomatoes, and a hint of chili were a standout, reminiscent of the seaside charm of the Amalfi coast.The deserted bar, transformed into a cozy breakfast spot, provided a serene start to my day. Botanico San Lazzaro seamlessly blended luxury, design, and culinary innovation, making it a hidden gem for discerning travelers seeking a holistic retreat.
